More About Pat Higgins

Since starting my career as a journalist in the '80s, I have been steadily writing and designing communications for print media. In 2006, I discovered the excitement of digital media when I became the lead voice and senior copywriter for Network Solutions. I quickly became fascinated with the process of defining the user experience, and I turned my focus from  copywriting to the larger field of web content strategy.

I left Network Solutions in 2008 to expand my opportunities to learn new technologies and new content management techniques. Since then, I have worked on a variety of projects with these major companies:
