I was responsible for the UX design, content creation and maintenance of the marketing website. I wrote all the technical support content and the microcopy for the customer's account management portal. I created the flows for the free trial and service purchase, and designed a pricing calculator widget that utilized 4 currencies. I also acted as a software release manager to push bug fixes to the application on a weekly development schedule.
My work on this cloud computing service provided considerable service design experience for me, but the service and the website are no longer active. View the site archive > |
